Data Controller

The data controller for personal information collected through the Vynio platform is the platform operator, reachable at privacy@vynio.io.

Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide

·Email address (Stripe guest checkout and Resend delivery)

·Schema notes entered in the wizard (processed to generate the template, not retained after the session)

·Payment information processed by Stripe (not stored on our servers)

·Correspondence with hello@vynio.io

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

·IP address and browsing data (via Vercel Analytics)

·Browser type and operating system

·Pages visited and session duration

·Feature usage data

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

Vynio's strong commitment: The Vynio Data Profiler retains NO data from your Snowflake or BigQuery sources on our servers. All connections and processing are performed exclusively in your browser, in local memory. Generated exports (PDF, Excel, CSV) are produced locally and never pass through our infrastructure. Your business data is never stored server-side.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal information is processed for the following purposes:

·Template Engine delivery and post-purchase fulfillment

·Payment processing (Stripe) and transactional emails (Resend)

·SQL template generation (optional AI — schema notes not kept beyond the session)

·Customer service and technical support

·Compliance with legal and tax obligations

·Platform security and fraud prevention

Vynio does not use your data for commercial prospecting without your explicit consent, nor does it sell your data to third parties.

Data Sharing

International Transfers

Some of our providers (Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, Anthropic) are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for EU users.

Data Retention

·Payment data: retained per tax obligations (7 years in Quebec)

·Transactional emails: as long as needed for delivery and support

·Wizard schema notes: session only, not stored in database

·Navigation logs: maximum 13 months

Your Rights

In accordance with Law 25, PIPEDA, and GDPR (depending on your jurisdiction), you have the following rights:

·Right of access to your personal information

·Right to rectification of inaccurate data

·Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

·Right to data portability

·Right to object to processing

·Right to withdraw consent at any time

Security

Vynio implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

·Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)

·PCI-DSS payments delegated to Stripe

·Data access limited to what is strictly necessary

·No storage of Snowflake/BigQuery credentials (Profiler — future phase)

In the event of a data breach likely to cause you harm, you will be notified within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

Cookies

Vynio uses strictly necessary technical cookies for platform operation (authentication, language and theme preferences). No third-party advertising cookies are used without your consent.

Modifications

The last update date appears in the header. For material changes, you will be notified by email.
